97 To download a feedback file to your computer, access the Feedback tool and follow these steps:
1 If you do not see the Feedback menu bar, click the Reset button.
2 Scroll to the title of the appropriate file and click download. Your browser displays its standard “file open” window.
3 Follow the instructions in Opening or Downloading an Attachment or Other File.
